Allyson is awesome to work with! We collaborated on an office remodel a couple of years ago and I knew she would be a great fit for working on the space in our new headquarters. One of the best things about Allyson, is her ability to work with her clients on their vision. It was important to me that she and I are able to think creatively together. She and her team are great at communicating and really listen when it comes to following a tight budget. I worked with Allyson on a major renovation improvement planning project for our HQ. She was instrumental in soliciting and analyzing/prioritizing the inputs from our staff and leadership team, providing deep market knowledge and creating reports and visual presentations to facilitate knowledge sharing and delivery of her status updates, findings and recommendations. She was always available and was wonderful working with us as we undertook this planning during the COVID Quarantine(!). Allyson also was very focused on customer need, no sales and worked on a set fee which enabled us to have as much or as little contact necessary throughout the lifecycle of the engagement. She is a wonderful thought partner, always prepared, and very able to adapt to change without ego or much stress... but also good about clarifying requirements and making sure her customer is satisfied. I had a very specific and colorful vision for VIDA's first-ever coworking space, and Allyson and the ctrl+shift+space team listened and collaborated, and then went above and beyond to bring that vision to life. Allyson’s talent and eye for color and design elements, along with her deep knowledge of workplace strategy and space planning were integral in making the space such a big success for our members.
